Took a Little Break

I’m back folks. It’s been about a week or two since I last posted. Was going through an existential crisis so I had to step away for a bit. A couple weekends ago I got really drunk at my friends house on a Saturday night and fell asleep on the couch and pissed myself. Not great, but also hilarious. The clean up wasn’t terrible but it sure wasn’t great either. I was back at their house this weekend so it was really a full circle event. Gotta keep it a hundred. Being a 28 year old man and waking up in puddle of piss is a tough pill to swallow. No more shots for tha boii.

Had myself a nice weekend. Met up with my friends and went to a brewery and then a distillery. Watched some UFC fights. Got very hot playing beer pong. Was looking like John Havlicek for a minute. Got back to my apartment yesterday morning and got some stuff done. Went to the grocery store and then did some cooking for the week. Ate like a madman on Saturday so weighed in at a cool 170 pounds last night. Gotta chill. Low 160’s is where my best weight is.

My runs have been getting better. My last 3-4 runs have all been in the 7:30 to 7:40 pace range. I started taking a B12 and a Vitamin D pill everyday and I actually think I can feel the difference from those. Got a lift in yesterday that went pretty well. Was pretty hungover from Saturday but got it done. Still got 14,000 steps in yesterday and that made me feel a lot better. Got a decent sleep last night and dreamed for a little. Onward fellas.
